The next step after Planning Permission has been granted is to obtain Building Regulations approval. On your behalf we will
liaise with the local authority and any Application and Inspection fees will be paid for by CB Homes Ltd. as part of your Self-Build contract with us. And during the build we will ensure compliance with all your Building Regulations’ conditions.
