Fixed Price Quotation

When we quote for your Self-Build, we will do so on a Fixed Price basis.  Everything involved in your Self-Build will be covered
and provisional sums for items such as kitchen, tiling and sanitary ware will be included. If you should change your mind,
we will give you a price and agree the variance with you.
